I absolutely love this series, maybe because it's a reflection of my life situation and would appeal to a shy loser like myself who is completely incapable of sustaining a meaningful conversation with a member of the opposite sex before alienating them with an extremely inappropriate joke or story. (Forever Alone), yeah I relate most to Henry in this series
Anyway We Need Girlfriends is a web-series from 4 years ago about 3 guys fresh out of college, Tom (Ethan Cohen), Henry (Seth Kirschner) and Rod (Evan Bass). That move into an apartment together who simultaneously get dumped by their long time girlfriends on the same day. Confronted with the daunting realising that they are all single for the first time in a long time they realise how socially naked they feel and embark on a mission to get into another long term relationship immediately.
This wonderful web series created by Steven Tsapelas and produced by Ragtag productions ran for 11 episodes in 2007 and was once slated to be adapted to a television series for CBS, but that later got cancelled on now Steven is working on his latest series, My Future Girlfriend. Ethan Cohen (Tom) is back in this upcoming series too so it should be great to see his familiar face again.
I personally can't wait for this new series, I get very attached to shows about slackers in their twenties wandering through the endless void of life.
